If you would like to delete your Best Friend account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request at any time.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:

Data We May Retain

We do not retain any personal data after your account is deleted.

However, we may keep minimal technical logs (e.g., server security logs) for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and system integrity. These logs do not contain pet data or personal profile information.

How Long Deletion Takes

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
